Jets should start Brossoit today. It's been almost 3 months since Hellebuyck has given up 2 or less goals in consecutive starts.

The sure things in Jets hockey: they give up 35+ shots, 3+ goals, 1+ goal on the pk and complaints of Myers on ice performance

There was a day when unbiased reporting was a hard rule if you wanted to be a respected reporter. Now with the way CNN, MSNBC, FOX, NBC, Washington Post have ruined the media with extreme bias , poor fact checking, and invented stories , it seems to be open game for all reporters to be very biased. I wish it weren't so but its the new age we live in.

I am just going to watch the game with no expectations.

What really is concerning me is the that Ross and Ultimate are continually trying to get the upper hand in this fake friend feud.

The Jets have to cut down the shot against and eliminate stupid penalties in order to beat this powerhouse. Helly can not face 40+ shots against this team.

Where I will probably sit in first place from beginning to end👍

I won't try and predict the score but looking forward to a very entertaining game.

Considering our injuries and suspensions I'd say that it's about an 80-85% chance of Tampa winning tonight at home. There is no doubt in my mind they are the better team but anything can happen in a hockey game. The Jets especially have to stay very disciplined with regards to taking penalties.

This is an interesting proposition. I love Hellebyuck, however it is true that he has struggled.

What's the deal with the Myers hate? I don't get it but admittedly don't watch too many jets games (twice per month maybe?). Seems solid to me though, what am I not seeing?

If the Jets win, they have to take Girardi and Callahan back to Winnipeg with them.

I don't have a strong opinion on this, but some things i notice are:
-when he plays aggressive he plays better;
-at times far too tentative with the puck in his own end, resulting in turnovers, and;
-can be caught wandering too high at times in the defensive zone, abandoning his position, resulting in high danger shots against......

I think hate is not the right word. Jets fans simply disagree about where he fits. Some see him as a solid 3-4 guy and others see him as a bottom pair 5-6 D. So with that in mind we argue about his future value. Personally I see him as the 5-6 D because I think although he has good skills and size he lacks hockey sense of a top D. Just my two cents, but like I said, it’s pretty split in here.
